If you are seeking an opportunity for growth and excellence within the banking industry, we are hiring for a Treasury and ALM Analyst that will assist the Treasury & ALX Director, Treasury Manager, and Senior Treasury and ALM Analyst in managing daily cash positions, providing effective bank funding, monitoring cash positions of respondent banks, administering and balancing EBA accounts, reporting and end-of-day closing. Responsible for assisting the ALX/ALM Team with ongoing modeling of interest rate risk reporting to community banks. This position interfaces with bank executive management, auditors, and federal and state regulators on a variety of issues.


  • Assists with monitoring and ensuring daily cash position.
  • Assists with daily funding which includes ensuring adequate backup.
  • Assists with daily investing of principals, agents, and EBA federal funds.
  • Responsible for wholesale funding settlements accounting.
  • Responsible for derivative settlements.
  • Responsible for contingency funding sources, plans and reporting.
  • Creates and analyzes asset/ liability management and interest rate risk modeled results while applying measurement techniques and applicable banking laws.
  • Prepares and supports reports for customers executive management and board members related to measuring, monitoring and compliance with regulatory policy statements on interest rate risk management.
  • Ensures assumptions are correctly modeled and documented.
  • Responsible for production of risk management review and verification of inputs.
  • Maintains robust knowledge of modeling capabilities and performance characteristics.


  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of risk management or interest rate experience preferred
  • 1-5 years of treasury management experience and knowledge preferred
  • 1-3 years of basic accounting principles experience and knowledge preferred
  • Call Report experience preferred
  • Knowledge on industry specific interest rate risks and balance sheet management preferred
  • Excellent PC skills, specifically advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ZM Desk or OnlineALM preferred
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required
  • Individual should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work within and foster a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across all levels
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel); FRB System applications; other proprietary applications as necessary
