Staff Assist UK are in partnership with a waste management operations in Kent. The position is based in Crayford as a Transport Compliance Manager To manage, direct and monitor the transport operation of the Bexley Street Services Contract. Responsible for the overall performance and compliance of the transport operation required to deliver the Contract, including ensuring the maintenance of all vehicles in line with R&M Agreements and all fleet compliance matters Transport Compliance Manager Crayford Ensure that all front-line vehicles required to deliver the services under the Contract are safe and fully compliant and available for deployment on a daily basis through the efficient and timely management of all 3rd party repairs & maintenance/service contracts entered into in relation to the Bexley Street Services fleet of vehicles and equipment (e.g. mechanical sweepers etc) Salary: £45-50k 40 hours per week 9.00am 6.00pm Mon-Fri on-site working 33 days annual leace (inc. BH) Company Sick Pay starting at 10 days per year, increasing to 65 days with service Free on-site parking On-site canteen Health cash plan Free and discounted perks including store discounts and gym membership Fresh turkey every Christmas Free CPC training JOB DESCRIPTION Management of all O Licence compliance issues Monitoring of OCRS scores and encounter reports Ensuring drivers are scheduled and operating in compliance with Domestic Driving Rules Organising, attending and delivering outcomes from any VOSA inspections Rectifying and taking action on all non-compliance issues Driver logs, infringements,accident logs, accident reporting, vehilce compliance, defect reporting, Reporting of all Fleet Compliance matters Oversee fuel management systems for the Fleet Ensure that the Company s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) system is complied with in relation to operations to ensure retention of all ISO certification MAIN SKILL REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of AMCS Full understanding of driver hours and driving regulations. Previous experience of any of the following systems: FTA Vision • Focus Time Recording • Cascade HR • Whitespace Waste Management operating system • Digital workshop & fleet management systems • On-board camera, tracker & telematics systems
