Technician - IT Helpdesk Salary: £20,771 p.a. Full-time. Full year. Permanent To provide first line technical support for all aspects of IT including; maintenance, installation and support of hardware and software, MS Windows and Apple OSX operating systems, supporting the colleges network infrastructure, audio visual equipment, MFDs, tablets/mobile devices. Assisting staff and students where appropriate across all sites of the College Group. 37 hours per week, including one evening per week. Whilst it would be advantageous to have proven experience of providing first line IT support in a busy corporate environment, it is not essential. Relevant IT qualification(s) are required.
