We re searching for a Team Manager in Bristol to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators. In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage, motivate and develop a team of Key Accounts Reservations Executives to deliver a reservations and guest care experience that delights guests whilst ensuring that performance targets relating to revenue, quality and productivity are consistently met and exceeded. In this role you will be responsible for; Lead, manage and motivate the team to ensure that objectives are achieved and the performance of individuals within the team is monitored and continuously improved Create an outstanding sales culture that balances guest delight with achievement of commercial targets Be obsessed with increasing enquiry conversions and Average Daily Rate throughout the Key Accounts team Encourage the team to be consultative and seek to provide solutions to client enquiries and booking requests by providing a personalised and expert service to all clients Ensure that both the team and yourself are fully conversant with relevant company policies, processes and operations, products, rates, brands, promotions and services When needed, take escalations and support the team; be responsible for answering telephone, emails and resolving any issues in a professional manner, in keeping with each brand approach Follow edyn policies and procedures to ensure that customer service processes run smoothly and the customer is satisfied What you'll need; Experience of leading a high performing team of sales and customer care specialists Experience with managing complex sales and care enquiries Hospitality/Reservations experience is ideal but not essential Sales and Customer Service skills People Management skills Attention for detail A positive and upbeat attitude Why grow with edyn? Based at our Bristol Office in Embassy House Our core business hours are 8am 8pm Monday to Friday with very occasional weekend work if required. Shift patterns are in place to cover these hours. This is a full-time position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week.
