    What we're looking for on your resume
    • 8+ years of professional experience
    • Strong backend engineering skills
    • Strong Database knowledge in multiple datastores, but Postgres specifically, to handle large amounts of data transactions
    • Scaling software to handle large numbers of transactions
    • .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Postgres are highly desirable
    • Knowledge of Microservice Architecture
    • AWS/Cloud Infrastructure knowledge
    • High Volume Performance Testing
    • Emphasis on performance and scalability of software
    Nice to haves
    • Payroll Tax Domain Knowledge
    • Having worked in a highly regulated industry, specifically financial technologies
    • Monolith to Microservice Architecture migration
    Soft Skills
