Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Group FP&A Manager, which is a fantastic newly created role, to support the Head of FP&A on some exciting new projects.As the Senior Group FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for running the global quarterly forecast and creating a new and easy way of forecasting the group results in the future. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some interesting system improvement work, as the company is looking to implement a new ERP system in the future. This role will also offer daily exposure to a highly impressive CFO, giving you the unique chance to really shine a large, well-known company. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, your role will include the following duties:--Running the global quarterly forecast and annual budget process for the international business unites-Work closely with supply chain to design a new forecasting model to establish a clear and easy way to forecast group results and to free cashflow more accurately-Take on ownership of the global finance reporting system to ensure the system supports the business effectively-Manage two qualified accountants, offering effective coaching and development on a daily basis-Work with the Head of FP&A to present to the CFO & CEO an accurate forecast and budget with any risks being clearly highlighted-Drive improvements in forecasts by understanding driver in variances to forecast-Business partner with each department to encourage improvement in forecast performance-Troubleshoot new processes to ensure the reporting system remain in synch with other systems across the business-Support month end close and oversee the management accounts close by ensuring appropriate controls are in place-Regularly liaise with suppliers over price changes/increases and how this will affect forecasts moving forwardThis is a pivotal role within this large, global company and requires someone incredibly ambitious and resilient to take on the challenge.You must be a qualified accountant with a background in FP&A to be considered for this role.Our client offers exceptional benefits including competitive holidays, a 10-20% bonus, discount on products, a great pension and very importantly, flexible/hybrid working arrangements.If you think you may be right for this role, then please send us your CV or get in touch with Lucy Regan or Emma Dugdale to hear more about it.To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
