Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will meaningfully contribute to Conagra's efforts to grow the eCommerce business and our digital commerce capabilities. You will support direct sales and share growth by assisting on the implementation of eTail digital marketing strategies, tools, tactics and best practices across Conagra's customers and brands. You will also support agency and vendor relationships to guide digital merchandising & marketing strategies, analyzing and improving digital shelf asset integrity and recommendations for optimizations of marketing investments.
What You'll Do:
Support sales growth and share on new retailer platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash and Uber
Report marketing performance using a data driven approach
Add, maintain, or edit product descriptions, fields, attributes, images, videos, and other data
Manage and recommend promotional strategies (content, coupons, targeting) and placements
Shape programs to engage online consumers directly leveraging marketing investments, customer reviews, subscriptions and consumer behavior
Establish key hypothesis and test and learn opportunities to promote learning, development and optimal performance
Monitor consumer trends; use insights for improvement of marketing initiatives, including Profitero, IRI, One Click Retail analysis
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience and depth-of-knowledge in eCommerce, digital marketing, media and technology.
Data-driven with the ability to connect dots between historical learning, data sets and future opportunities
Understanding of the Grocery eCommerce and marketing technology landscape
Experience with digital & eCommerce space. Demonstrated understanding of key players and concepts in digital marketing and digital commerce platforms.
Ability to use insights & "test & learn opportunities" into a strategic selling stories which drives learning & growth
Ability to maintain workflow across multiple platforms and categories simultaneously in fast-paced environment
Experience working with matrixed organizations and external agency/vendor partners
Ability to apply of consumer online behavior, trends and market analysis
