RN / LPN Wound Care Nurse Full Time

Munster Med- Inn, a skilled nursing facility located in Munster, Indiana currently has an opening for an experienced, Registered Nurse RN /Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Wound Care Nurse for a Full time position.

This position requires the following:
RN/ LPN with current Indiana nursing license in good standing
Should have recent experience as a Wound care nurse in a skilled healthcare facility

Should have excellent assessment and clinical skills
Must be familiar with all aspects of wound care including appropriate treatment protocols, medications utilized for wound care, measuring wounds, appropriate documentation, etc.
Must be able to report wound progress to the Charge nurse and attending Physician as requested
Must be able to work in collaboration with the nursing team
Should be able to work scheduled hours
Solid work history
