Responsibilities: What We Are Currently Looking For:

REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER/DIRECTOR - located in Atlanta, GA, supporting our Southern region

This key member of our regional marketing team will be responsible for:
  • Implementing branding/re-branding strategies for existing, new acquisition and new development properties in their portfolio
  • Working with our Corporate Marketing team to create strategy and implementation of digital marketing initiatives
  • Assisting in redesign of amenity spaces and models
  • Working with trusted vendors to create and manage implementation of signage plans
  • Conducting site visits with Regional Property Managers and Regional VP of Marketing to work as a team to understand and accomplish business goals for the community
  • Analyzing metrics and data to pro-actively prepare marketing plans and budgets
Qualifications: Candidates who apply should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or closely related field
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in real estate marketing
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time once acclimated to the position
  • A self-starter with flexibility in work environment and level of direct supervision

Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note that this pay range does not include any additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses that this position may be eligible for.
