Project Manager - IT Our Business Support teams deliver the vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. You will lead multiple project teams, ensuring resources are in place, manage the activities of team members, manage relationships and be responsible for the management of the projects RAID log, Plan, and other project artifacts. What you'll do: You will be will be responsible for planning, controlling, and managing the design and delivery of large, complex, high-risk projects to achieve customer satisfaction, operational and financial success within predefined budgets. IT Project reporting Prepare regular project status reports Produce Project documentation/artefact's, i.e., PID (Project Initiation Document), SOW (Statement of Work), Project Plans etc. etc. Proactively monitor, manage, and report financial status of projects To produce the requirement specification for ITCS (Information Technology Cyber Security) initiated projects and to ensure the supplier or delivery organisation fully understands the specification. Act as the interface between any third-party resources within the project. Who you are: The ideal candidate will have previous Project Management experience within IT and networking with a working knowledge of PRINCE 2 methodology. You will be able to demonstrate successful completion of large-scale projects. Key requirements: Ability to converse with technical team members. Good report writing and presentation skills. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong negotiation skills. Proficient in the use of Micorsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects).
