Processing Operations analyst - Contract - Coventry/Remote - Up £200 per day

The role

Processing Operations Analyst role sits within the Customer Excellence Unit, working with agents and mortgage administrators. The Customer Excellence Team supports customers throughout their interactions with the Government Programme, this will be done via email and occasionally over the phone. They are responsible for delivering fair customer outcomes and industry standard customer service through the whole customer journey from first contact to redemption.


  • Administering equity mortgage redemption processes, ensuring correct procedure and sign-off
  • Administering legal sealing/signing process.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from developers, Solicitors and agents.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports
  • Immediately bringing matters to attention of Managers

Key skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • IT literate
  • Friendly self-starter with a can-do' attitude and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels in English
  • You must be at ease with rapidly changing deadlines, workloads and goals.
