The typical practice focuses mainly on reconstructive surgery, while also offering a variety of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
Your practice can truly be the best of both the reconstructive and cosmetic worlds!
Ideal candidate will have a good clinical foundation and an interest in developing a practice
You will be provided with the support of a complete team of professionals: a PA, surgical and insurance coordinators, marketing department, billing and collections team
Surgical innovation is encouraged with support, including a full-time research assistant and multiple prospective IRB trials
Call is typically 1 in 4
No restrictive covenant will apply for the first 18 months of practice
Both partnership and non-partnership tracts are offered!
$400k base salary + performance incentives!
