Partner with cross functional teams of HR application to ensure a performance and robust HR Integration strategy.
Implement and support Enterprise Application solutions in alignment with the business strategy developed by internal business partners.
Build Integrations between HR / Finance and other downstream applications using HCM Extracts
webservices/REST APIs / Oracle Integration Cloud.
Understand the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes, and understand challenges faced by business teams and address those.
Serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology integrations
. Ability to develop solutions independently and unit test of developed solutions
The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific, and comprehensive documentation.
Work as part of Project Team to design and implement an effective solution as well as Production Support Team to solve critical business issues/incidents.
Adequate functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations
. Will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Oracle e-Business Suite and Salesforce applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions.
