Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager who will implement and deliver the strategy for the operational fulfilment of Contract Kitchen Projects. In return, our client is offering an attractive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum and a benefits package including;

As a flexible Operations Manager, you will develop and direct the efficient and effective operational fulfilment of our client's sales. You will also directly recruit, train, develop and line manage the Kitchen Project Management and Project Coordination Teams to support sales fulfilment.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for Operations to meet the required workload obligations in line with agreed budget and timescales, as set out by the company and its customers.
  • Manage the operational performance to objectives, maintaining tight control on all elements of cost, including budget setting, implementation and control.
  • Provide excellent Line Management of your Direct Reports, through regular coaching, championing personal development and maintaining high levels of engagement. You will be line managing a diverse team of Field-based Project Managers and home based Project Coordinators.
  • Support the Health & Safety Manager in the proactive development of the H&S function and culture, and its service to both employees and customers.

  • Comfortable travelling within a large geographical area.
