• Provides Network related support for SolAero Technologies and all other entities using business-standardbest practices.
• Job Complexity: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation
of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
• Supervision: Normally receives general instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions
on new assignments.
• Security: Must be focused on the latest Cyber Security requirements and work towards NIST 800-
171 Rev 2

Wired Infrastructure Support:
• Good working knowledge
o VLAN segregation
o IP Subnetting
o Routing between VLAN s
o Trunking between multiple stacks
• Best practice towards network design
• Experience with Cisco switches / CLI
• Experience with layer 3 routing
• Cisco ISE & TACACS - Experience a plus
• Detailed knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls, building and testing ACL s
• Knowledge of firewall based VPN s like Cisco Anyconnect and FortiVPN
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls
Wireless Infrastructure support
• Best practice towards wireless design & deployment
o Determining best placement for AP s to bolster existing infrastructure
• Cisco WLC knowledge
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated related experience.
• BS/BA Degree in related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Travel as required
• May be required to write jobs, using various scripting languages.
• Must provide mentoring and training to other staff members.
• Writes process and procedural documentation including requirements.
• Develops and coordinates knowledge transfer.
• Interacts with business units to gather, define, and organize delivery of business solutions.
• Authority to stop any process that threatens the wellbeing of any SolAero employee.
• Authority to initiate Corrective Action when a nonconformance is identified and stop the process
when a nonconformance is found.
• Other appropriate activities as assigned
