EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement digital marketing technology with a strong emphasis onmarketing automationas well as other emerging technology solutions. We are looking for resources with functional and technical experience inmarketing and a focusondigital marketing technology.

The opportunity

This is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to spread your wings and continue to develop your skillset to keep up with theever-growingdemands of the digital marketing landscape. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients team and well look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective to solve their business issues and achieve desired B2C and B2B experiences using marketing technology tools, such as marketing automation, CDP, MDM, analytics, personalization, CMS, DAM, etc.

Your key responsibilities

You will lead team members who are focused on discovering the current state of MarTech at the client, understanding their pain point, and vision and use cases for the future. You will recommend and document the future state of MarTech to meet the clients vision and use cases, and how (i.e., roadmap) the client may reach the desired future state. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our clients digital vision and strategy to life.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Leadingproject teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, MarTech assessment, requirements definition, vendor analysis & selection, risk analysis, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle
  • Guidingteam members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY
  • Leading team members in thedesign,configurationand implementationofmarketing technology solutions
  • Understandingbusinessstrategy and supporting processes to drive the right architecture
  • Identifying the best technical solution to solve current and future business problems
  • Developing and describing an overall technical vision for marketing solutions
  • Providing broad functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
  • Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
  • Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, andmarketing and salesexecutives
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor's degree and10or more years of related work experience
  • 5 or more years ofexperience in managing teams who have implementedmarketing technology solutions across various vendor Marketing/Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) and/or best-of-breed MarTech solutions
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of 2 or more different MarTech capabilities and solutions such as CMS, DAM, CDP, MDM, Analytics, Marketing Automation, DMP, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
  • A valid drivers license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
