Perfectly Picked is a leading strategic B2B marketing consultancy with an impressive client portfolio. We've worked with the likes of Microsoft, Electrolux and Nestle Purina over the past 20 years.

We're now looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with at least 3 years' experience, and ideally hands-on Hubspot experience, to join our team in Henley-on-Thames working as part of a tried and tested hybrid-working set up.

This is an exciting role where you will get the chance to develop and execute all aspects of our ongoing marketing and take ownership of our external communications, HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop our marketing plan in collaboration with our MD and client facing team
  • Orchestrate all marketing activity across all platforms: web, social, email, events, PR, etc
  • Develop content and campaigns for key market sectors, customers and personas, in collaboration with our client facing team
  • Create robust, regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Manage our CRM and marketing database in HubSpot
  • Update and refresh the Perfectly Picked website
  • Develop ways to better manage our brand (e.g. supporting systems such as Canva, Panda Doc, etc.) and improve our internal communications
  • Provide additional support for client projects when required

Required Experience:

  • A degree level qualification or equivalent, relevant sector experience (i.e. high value professional services) and ideally a marketing and / or professional CIM qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Outstanding creative and copywriting skills
  • A passion for bold, brave marketing and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Pro and ideally experience of Sales Pro
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and experience in a range of marketing tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
