Lead Administrator - Brighton The opportunity Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit s Lead Administrator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with potential progression within the company. This role is a hybrid position, working 1-2 days in the office. What the Lead Administrator will be doing To support the Supervision, Enforcement, and wider Front line teams through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service in relation to all case and local continuous improvement work. Provide administration support and local continuous improvement work for Supervision and Enforcement as well as wider Front line Teams. Assist in creation of case documentation, maintain hard copy case documents as required, system updates for cases to ensure accurate information for MI purposes Support the Supervision and Enforcement teams in escalation of cases What the successful Lead Administrator will bring to the team This role is suitable for someone who has: Experience in minute taking Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
