Our client, a busy service orientated company based in Stevenage are now looking to recruit a Service Desk officer for a minimum of 3 months

Service desk officer - Job Overview

As a Service Desk Officer your duties will include;

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Laptop builds
  • Experience of using Microsoft Azure
  • Experience of using Microsoft Intune
  • Being the first point of contact for people seeking IT assistance
  • Supporting customers over the phone by email and face to face
  • Using bespoke online system to update records and find relevant information
  • Taking ownership of each call to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently
  • Liaise with external technical support advisors

Service Desk Officer - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous customer service experience in a technical environment
  • Clear understanding of Microsoft Office systems
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
  • Able to commit to a role for a minimum of 6 months
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous service desk experience
