Responsibilities: - Maintaining electronic equipment, i.e. computers, iPhones, iPads, desk phones, and printers
- Troubleshoot PC and Mac issues in person
- Set up hardware and install software
- Basic network troubleshooting
- User accounts management for various systems
- Inventorying, tracking, and auditing equipment assets
- Other IT support tasks as required
Requirements: - Strong Mac OS X skills
- Strong Windows skills
- 3+ year(s) of experience in a Corporate Help Desk / IT Support environment
- Associate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent training/certifications
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Expert at software and hardware troubleshooting
- Be able to work in our Provo office. (This is not a work from position)
