We are looking for a Human Resources specialist to join this City Bank as an HR Change Lead, the purpose of the role is to deliver transformation across the People function, particularly focussing on improving ways of working, streamlining and automating people processes and maximising the efficiencies and colleague interactions with our key systems.

You will deliver improvements to colleagues ensuring a rich experience whenever interacting with the People Team and maximising a 'right first time' and 'self-service' model.

Support the Head of People Operations & Transformation in creating a single programme view of the activities within the HR Strategy and the local changes being delivered by the Team.

Look for efficiency and service gains from re-engineering key workflows, reducing hand-off, utilising automated workflow and other solutions

Agitate ways of working, always providing a critical view on where improvements can be made.

Identify requirements for project resources and lead internal and external resources for the execution of project tasks

Define and shape ideas into project activity and work across the team to develop and implement

Understand how colleagues wish to interact with the staff and provide a recommendation on ways of working

Take ownership of the supplier management process for the HR Team

Act as the 'Agile Champion' for the HR team, representing the teams views in a bank-wide forum

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, assessing the impact of changes and making recommendations for amendments to policies and procedures as needed.

Create and deliver people practices, which develop and maintain positive working relationships between the bank and its people. Working closely with employee representatives, ensure that people practices, and policies are fair and transparent.

Provide 'first-line' support for colleagues HR system queries, escalating to relevant service and customer success teams where required Be a product champion of colleague HR technology, promoting its use and enabling colleagues through training and simplification

Produce simple colleague guides for colleague HR system
