We are currently looking for a permanent Head Of Product Management to join a busy team in St Philips, Bristol, near Temple Meads. This role would start as soon as possible following a successful interview. This is working within the medical industry. Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 based on skills and experience. Shift: full-time Monday to Friday About the role: As Head of Product Management, you will help shape the vision and delivery of all new products for the whole business, delivering growth. You and your team will be the customer advocates, managing the products through all stages of the life cycle. Over the past 30 years, the company has become a global player in the medical simulation education market. It has ambitious plans for further growth in the next 5 years across the globe, through investment and new product development. Skills and requirements: The ideal candidate will have an MBA, Bachelor's degree, business or life science degree. You will also have a medical background or a clinical qualification. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management, with a consistent track record of successfully launching NPD projects and ensuring product ranges are relevant and valued by customers. You will have sound people management skills, gained through at least 5 years' experience of successfully managing small teams. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and experience of building relationships at all levels across the business. Good MS Office skills, and strong analytic skills are a must. An understanding of UK and International medical simulation markets, experience in a manufacturing arena (creating physical products) and/or knowledge of the use of technology with physical products, e.g apps, would be an advantage in this role.
