We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team in the delivery of robust financial management and information service to the Trust. The role also supports the development and delivery of timely and insightful monthly financial information reporting and is a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes supporting budget holders.
What can you bring to our team .?
We are seeking an individual educated to degree level in a relevant field or working towards an accredited professional accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Do you have significant experience in a management accounting finance role using data analysis tools and working in the public or third sector?
An essential aspect of this role is the ability to work, as part of a team, in the provision of a financial management and business information service contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Trust as a whole.
Can you discuss financial information and concepts clearly and concisely with staff who have limited financial knowledge or training?
We are looking for an individual with an expert level of spreadsheet skill - creator level, who is comfortable with data extraction, analysis, interpretation and presentation. Are you skilled in developing management information reports to meet the demands of the services in respect of financial management information?
Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to communicate appropriately, at all levels, with excellent interpersonal skills?
Do you thrive being able to prioritise, organise and take responsibility for your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met to a high level of attention to detail, along with a proactive and inquisitive nature?
