The Regional Technical Analyst Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting RTA Managers in project coordination, communication with the stakeholders and asset procurement for key branch and divisional customers. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving escalated help requests.
Objectives of this Role
  • Coordinate with RTA management to identify and define scope of work requirements and project objectives
  • Support multiple IT projects and work streams simultaneously
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including third party vendors
  • Assist RTA managers in assigning roles and tasks to dedicated RTA team members
  • Track and communicate projects' progress
  • Assist with equipment procurement, shipment and delivery tracking
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed and organized
  • Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates
  • Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Deepen partnerships with outside resources-including third-party vendors
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 1+ years' project management experience
  • Prior IT experience in end-user support
  • Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
