Job Description Summary:

In this strategic and entrepreneurial role, the Director of Performance Marketing will unlock the next phase of our growth engine. Focused on benchmarking against best-in-class experiences, identify unique opportunities, and removing friction along the customer journey, this role will work closely with all global teams to implement an integrated media strategy and performance targets for all lead generation activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Power the team with weekly sprints to hit targets, iterating on past successes and failures with quick turnarounds on adapted approach to reach growth ambitions
  • Define channel mix and cross-channel investment levels with a close eye on volume and reach, ROI, profitability, and user journey across channel touchpoints
  • Identify most impactful paths to conversion for different audience groups and steer budget and teams with prioritization around highest converting touchpoints and highest LTV channel paths
  • Paint a cohesive picture of how the various channels play together, with close audience and targeting management to stitch together insights across all acquisition channels
  • Break-out of lower funnel efforts by looking for opportunities across the full-funnel to ensure sustainable customer growth and finally justifying investments into awareness efforts
  • Ideate with the global functions across design, marketing, and product on new opportunities for creative testing, messaging, and on-site builds to support acquisition efforts
  • Testing and introducing new growth channels into the channel mix tapping into new target audiences
  • Works in partnership with executive leadership across marketing and sales to execute the strategic planning and coordination of all media campaigns to advance company's goals, while supporting communication plans of key messages to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for media spend budget and mix across search, social, OTT, digital, programmatic, and print channels.
  • Provide other marketing support as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years working experience in paid marketing for a fast-paced B2B company or similar
  • 5+ years leadership preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and with confidence
  • In-depth channel knowledge in digital media and ABM technologies with experience managing and justifying large media investments
  • Experience with web analytics and visualization tools to draw meaningful and actionable insights
  • Proven experience running highly effective digital marketing programs and strategies.
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, but also love to get your hands dirty and do heavy lifting
  • Experience managing effective digital marketing programs across the purchase funnel
  • Strong financial acumen, budget development and management skills, including the ability to track expenses against commitments, set priorities for funding, and assist in develop annual budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Marketing or related field
Travel Requirements: Minimal, infrequent travel
