As a Digital Demand Generation Manager, you will help to:
Increase revenue via acquisition of net new customers and acceleration of customer portfolio
Assist in the creation of strategies to acquire new customers and build a lasting digital connection with them.
Plan and manage demand generation campaigns with the broader marketing and sales team, to engage with prospects and generate qualified leads.
Identify and implement the necessary measures to improve conversions.
Identify and implement new tactics to increase sales performance.
Coordinate and execute marketing plans
Translate Digital Marketing strategy and tactical plans into campaign briefs for marketing teams and agencies.
Drive full-funnel, omni-channel demand generation activities that translates into pipeline for the business.
Coordinate and execute email marketing and other nurturing activities.
Collaborate with the different teams in a group and regional level to deliver against targets.
Increase performance via monitoring and performance analysis
Own the budget and its performance and maximise the return on investment.
Gain insight into online marketing channels and campaign performance and identify trends.
Use analysis outputs to optimise marketing performance and sales pipeline.
Carry out regular competitor analysis for the main solutions around website experience, digital marketing mix etc.
- Identify industry benchmarks and best practice for data usage in the digital marketing universe.
At least a relevant bachelor's degree or professional diploma in Marketing or Business.
Experience working with remote cross-functional teams and at least 5 years relevant marketing experience.
Knowledge/experience of working with Buyer Journeys & Buyer personas.
Strong background within the Technology/IT industry is preferable.
Proficiency in Paid media (Search ads, Display, Paid Social, Content Syndication).
Proficiency in Email Marketing & Email Marketing Automation software.
Enthusiasm, commercial and can-do attitude; driving new initiatives towards business objectives.
