Key Tasks:General Customer Services duties including: Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive tracking Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments Completing daily/monthly reports Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times. Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively Liaising with agents and managers nationally and internationally, ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments Building client relationships with key accounts Helping with distribution projects, where necessary Confidently quoting clients and obtaining special options/costs where necessaryProviding key customs information and understanding of export requirements and how to obtain these
