Key responsibilities & tasks: Answer customer emails and phone calls, take orders and process them Address customer complaints and enquiries Document and process customer returns & refunds Perform tasks using internal data base system Advice customers though product knowledge Assist other departments when required Undertake any other duties as requested Personal Profile: Confident and friendly telephone manner. Logical thinker loves problem solving. Attention to detail; accurate correct logging orders Excellent organisational skills Outstanding customer service skills; providing top notch support to customers on the phone and via emails.
