We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Quality Assistant (Motor Vehicle & Engineering) to join us on a full-time, term time only basis and provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to our curriculum team at Berkshire College of Agriculture-Maidenhead (BCA) College. The Role and you As a Curriculum and Quality Assistant you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the curriculum team and Business Unit Director. An essential part of the role will be to assist with exam entries, produce monitoring reports, data collection and checking, course file maintenance and timely management of information. You will support the organisation of trips and external visits from external speakers to the college. You will be responsible for administering the student absence line and updating College Management Systems. The successful applicant will undertake and support the production of timetabling and rooming allocation at Langley College. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload effectively and a flexible approach to working practices. We seek an excellent communicator with great customer service skills, who will be able to deal with a wide range of people, both internally and externally at all levels.
