Job Duties
• system creation and maintenance of new customer accounts and job accounts
• maintenance of proper account documentation
• credit application processing, including reviewing application for completeness, customer follow-up, requesting references, running credit reports
• closing old accounts in the system
• special projects and research
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• must be friendly, courteous, and service-oriented
• must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
Education, Training, Experience

Required
• high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in customer service, accounts receivable, or accounts payable role
• basic computer literacy (use of mouse and keyboard and Microsoft Office suite)
Preferred
• wholesale distribution experience
• knowledge of bookkeeping practices and terms
