Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a mid-level Configuration Management Analyst to support our Command and Control Division Maritime and Expeditionary Command and Control Capability-Based In-Service Systems Engineering Activity; Development, Security, and Operations at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) facility in San Diego, CA.

As Sub contractor on the CB ISEA task order, Peraton is responsible is supporting the CB ISEA, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) software development, security, operations, maintenance, and support services in support of Command and Control.

As a Configuration Manager Analyst you will be supporting systems engineering, software development, maintenance, integration, test, and life-cycle support for a wide range of Navy, Joint, and National C4I systems. These systems serve to consolidate Command, Control, Intelligence, Imagery, Planning, Coordination and Logistic capabilities to provide an integrated C4I capability to the warfighter. Variants of these systems are installed in Navy, Joint, and National Command Centers both ashore and afloat.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Transitioning to a Dev Sec Ops environment
  • Technical Sustainment Support
  • Sustainment Engineering Support
  • Logistic Support
  • Modernization Support
  • Tech writing and editing
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, Information Technology (IT) or related field; or Extensive experience (10-plus years) in the system administration of DoD C4I systems.
  • Experience with a software development life cycle, product versioning, and versioning systems.
  • Experience with the management and maintenance of configuration data for multiple system variants at multiple user sites.
  • Knowledge of licensing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of security classification, markings, and policies for safe handling of classified or sensitive material to include export-controlled items, For Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and access to restricted material.
  • Knowledge of and ability to create media, perform status accounting, and maintain computer files and computer-oriented and/or documented material in a library.
  • This position requires a SECRET Clearance
  • Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified
