As part of an integrated global account working with a top tier financial services client, the Communications & Training Specialist will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Account's Integrated Communication and Training Strategy and Plan. This role will work closely with the Global Alliance Director, Senior Management Team and Service Line Leads to ensure the Account is meeting the specified Communication and Training contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Works closely with the Global Initiatives and Programs lead to deliver against the current state Annual Communication Strategy and Plan: Using the current state Strategy & Plan, develop the 2023 Communication Strategy. The strategy should be designed to engage and empower the account team through effective communication and enhance the team's connection and contribution to our strategic objectives. Development and ongoing management of the annual communication schedule ensuring the target plan is met. Develop and deliver high quality and consistent communications ensuring all account communications are delivered through the dedicated account communications function. This includes account announcements, monthly newsletter, thought leadership campaigns and ADHOC communications. Works closely with the Global Alliance Director and Senior Management Team to coordinate and deliver the account Town Halls and any All-Hands style meetings. This includes working closely with the Senior Leaders to understand the direction, development of meeting content, scheduling and the management of the Webinar and recording / editing of the meeting to be issued via the account communication function. Evaluate the previous years' Communication Strategy and incorporate lessons learned into the new year strategy and plan. Ensure continuous improvement based on data received from engagement statistics. Leads by example ensuring the correct use of CS/CBRE templates. Works closely with the Global Initiatives and Programs lead and Service Line Leads to develop and deliver against the Account's Annual Training Programme: Responsible for delivery against the current state customised Training Programme. This includes working closely with Service Line Leads to understand training requirements, recording of training recordings, editing training recordings and management of training materials on Talent Coach. Utilising both Talent Coach and the Client's Learning Platforms, they will be responsible for issuing of training, reporting and tracking completions, and feeding relevant training statistics through to relevant account monthly and quarterly reporting. Supports all service lines to meet their contractual obligations in relation to Systems and Process training. Ensure continuous improvement based on data and training completion statistics. Person Specification Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met Accurate and exceptional attention to detail Excellent work ethic; highly motivated and seeks to add value impact by challenging the status quo and providing solutions to problems Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team Social and outgoing Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks Ability to influence at all levels when required Skills Required Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with strong PowerPoint skills Strong communication skills; verbal and written Professional qualification preferred, or equivalent work experience within a client account environment 3+ years operational experience with emphasis on account coordination, communications, or training Experience working across different regions or at a Global level Previous experience using Campaign Logic or similar communication platforms Previous experience using video editing programmes desired, but not essential SharePoint experience beneficial Ability to analyse, track and report on data
