Job Description

Enterprise C360 Program is looking for Senior Manager to manage development projects, development teams and application support functions.The hands-on Sr Manager will lead delivery of scaled agile program train under C360 Experience program structure. This role primarily involves managing the salesforce cloud product and feature implementations. You will be responsible to Guide and lead team in the design and development of enterprise software applications and platforms. This will include: We are looking for an IT delivery expert who can technically influence the program and project teams thinking around solutions and to challenge legacy or historical implementations. Will be required to successfully partner and collaborate with other IT delivery organizations and platforms supporting C360 use cases all to ensure successful capability delivery on time and within budget.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 95000

Maximum: 209000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of leading or managing IT teams 8+ years of experience working in program and solution delivery in a large-scale enterprise environment 8+ years of experience leading cross functional technology teams 5+ years with emerging cloud platform technologies such as: Salesforce, Mulesoft, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Heroku, or other SaaS/PaaS technologies 3+ years experience in DevSecOps & CI/CD initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Strong leadership experience Experience in Service Operations and IT delivery in Health or Pharmacy domains 4+ years Salesforce Experience Experience with Salesforce platform including Health Cloud 3+ years experienced with SAFe Agile framework and program delivery best practices Ability to negotiate with peers and senior leaders to come to agreement and productive solutions to business problems Demonstrated working knowledge of IT asset discovery and inventory processes, application systems, products, and services. Proven leadership skills around resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work. Understanding of IT security and compliance remediation activities. Demonstrated ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at senior leadership levels. Proven success maximizing the potential of employees via coaching and focused development. Proven knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
