At Witherslack Group's outstanding schools and homes, we're dedicated to helping children and young people with complex, challenging needs. The role

As part of our Multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the provision of psychological support and assessments for pupils and residents under the supervision of a qualified Psychologist. You'll then create plans for psychological interventions, deciding on the best evidence based approaches to deliver results. Working as part of the team around the child that enable positive outcomes, you'll liaise with parents, carers, colleagues and partner agencies to meet the needs of the children and young people who live and learn with us. Some may exhibit very challenging behaviour, so both a resilient and empathetic approach will be key. Internally, you'll be using your experience to support and develop the skills of the wider team, such as Residential Care staff and education staff.

A degree of flexibility is required, between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (37 hours a week).
