We are currently seeking a roving Assistant Manager to join our team to support multiple apartment communities in the greater Twin Cities area.

 

In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 7/31/22! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)

This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination!

 

Position Summary:

As a roving Assistant Manager, you will assist the Community Manager and/or Multi-Site Manager with the daily operations of the site (or sites) in a roving (as needed) capacity.  The actual job responsibilities may vary depending upon the location, size and type of site(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
